How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK, First Class delivery is FREE!! You can chose to upgrade to 1st Class Recorded delivery for only an extra £1.

Orders to the USA are £4.50. All Europe is £4 and the rest of the world is £4.50.

How long will delivery take?

We generally post orders next working day so you should receive your order within a few of days. There might be extreme exceptions, such as very bad weather, which could cause your item to take a little while longer but we will always despatch next day wherever possible. Engraved items can take up to a week before we post.

Can I send a gift to a different address?

Yes! Simply enter the recipients name and address as the delivery address.

Do I need to sign for it?

Only if you chose the upgraded Recorded Delivery option.  If your parcel is too big to fit through your letterbox, you may need to pick it up from your nearest Royal Mail Depot if you are not there to accept it, which may require a signature.

Returns

We hope you'll be happy with your order, but should you want to return it, please do so to the address on our Contact Us page. 

Please contact us if you want to make a return, within 7 days of receipt and we'll be happy to refund you fully once item has been received back.  Please note that your return must be in all original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition or we will not be able to refund you.  The return of any item is your responsibility and for your safety, we recommend you return your order using a trackable service, such as Signed For.
