- Orders must be placed on line.
- We accept PayPal as our primary payment method – this is secure for your protection.

| Delivery: |
- We generally dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of receipt of order but if there is a delay for any reason we will notify you within 1-2 days.
- Before placing urgent orders contact info@pearlsandgems.co.uk to ensure we can meet your time scale.
- To ensure a speedy delivery some products may arrive in separate packages depending on items ordered but we will notify you of this in advance of posting.
- Once products have been despatched in the UK, Royal Mail usually take 1 - 3 days to deliver and international orders can take up to 10 days depending on customs.
- We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control and we obtain Post Office approved Proof of Postage for all standard 1st Class deliveries. Please wait for 21 days before making a claim regarding missing items - this is the Royal Mails standard waiting time for missing postage claims.
- Items will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail unless customer choses to upgrade to 1st Class Recorded Delivery
- If a package has been returned to Pearls and Gems because delivery was not possible, the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer at £1 per package. We will request this charge via PayPal before resending.

| Returns: |
- Please notify us by email, info@pearlsangems.co.uk, within 7 days of receipt of your order if you would like to return it. All items must be returned promptly, unused and in a resaleable condition.
- We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.
- Returned items are the responsibility of the customer and the cost of return postage is the customers.
- We do not refund any extra postal charges made at point of order.

- UK & Northern Ireland orders - Free of charge for delivery
- Republic of Ireland orders - Free of charge for delivery.
- International orders - there are standard charges starting from £3.50 per order. Please select the correct country option on the delivery information page.

- Items purchased by credit or debit card are done via PayPals secure server and we never get to view customers account details.

Engraving:
Most of our compact mirrors can be engraved. Only those mirrors where it confirms this in the product description are suitable to our knowledge.
Once any mirror has been engraved or part engraved, we are not able to accept it as a return for any reason.
The actual engraving is not done by us.
